Battlefield Live Wilmington offers a school holiday day camp program for children and young adults 6 to 16 years of age that will run Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm during Spring and Summer breaks. Activities will be structured around the particular theme of the given day/week, with each day following a set schedule. The program is designed to foster physical activity and teamwork through a competitive, non-contact sporting activity. The Kids’ Boot Camp Program will divide the participants into teams based on age. Participation in all games is mandatory as physical activity and participation in a team activity by the attendees are our principal goals.

 

KIDS BOOT CAMP IN BRIEF

 

1. The Kids’ Boot Camp Program will run from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm during New Hanover County public school scheduled breaks.

2. Each day will be organized into different time slots with scheduled activities ranging from lecture to game time in the field.

3. Participants will be provided with snacks as part of the program.

4. Organized by age into five-man squads, the squads will compete for points each week, with the highest scoring team earning the weekly Grand Prize.

5. Participants will take part in a series of games tied to the scheduled theme for that day/week.

6. All participants will receive certificates and coupons for Battlefield Live services.

7. The Grand Prize winners receive a specialized tee-shirt.
