How to book an event
In order to schedule a private event, a customer must make the reservation with at least two week’s advance notice of the date.

Booking an Event. Booking an event requires a security deposit equal to half (50%) of the full payment. The remaining balance will be due three days before the event is scheduled to be held. The initial payment will be made either by check or money order.

Refunds and Cancellations. To receive a full refund of the security deposit when cancelling a private booking, the customer must give BFLW at least 5 days (120 hours) notice prior to the scheduled date.

Cancellations 3-5 days prior to the event. If a customer cancels after the 5-day cancellation deadline has passed but before the final payment due date, he will not receive a refund of the security deposit. He will not be responsible for the final payment, unless he intends to reschedule the event.

You will receive a final invoice after the consultation.
The invoice will have the full Event Price, the amount of the required security deposit, and instructions on how to submit the deposit.

Rescheduling Events. Once the three-day mark has been reached, the customer may hold the final payment in order to reschedule. The customer must reschedule the event with at least a 48-hour notice and payment is due at that time.

Cancellation after Final Payment is received. No refunds will be given for events cancelled after the final payment is received. If cancellation is due to extreme weather or other emergency, the customer may request a refund or reschedule the event.

Site Inspection and Consultation. For optimal enjoyment of BFLW’s Live Game scenarios a fair amount of relatively open space is required to serve as the playing field. Not all locations may be suitable. When considering a battlefield we take into account factors such as: potential safety hazards, other site users, and the enjoyment of the players.
