summer 2016:   June 13 – August 5, 2016

WINTER 2016:   December 26 - 30, 2016

 

• The Spring Camp will not be offered this year.

 

• Registration for participation in the Summer Camp Program begins May 1st and ends on June 10th.

 

• Registration for Winter Camp begins November 1st and ends on December 23rd.

 

• Early Registration will be availble for Summer Camp will end on May 1st.

 

• Early Registration will be availble for Winter Camp will end on November 1st.

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations:  In order to receive a refund a customer must cancel at least two weeks before the scheduled week. Cancellation after that point will only result in a partial refund equal to 50% of the amount paid.

 

• Absences Due to Illness:  Once the program has started, parents/guardians must call Battlefield Live Wilmington to report any and all absences due to illness or other reasons on the morning of the day of the absence. The parent/guardian will be eligible for a partial refund for the given day based on the per day rate. This refund will equate to 60% of the per day rate. Unexcused absences will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Registration Form:  Parents/Guardians must fill out all relevant forms at the time of registration. We offer multi-week registrations.  Weeks do not have to be consecutive.
