Battlefield Live Wilmington is part of an international group of companies that make use of the S.A.T.R.* digital technology.  

 

Developed in Australia by Peter Lander just over 15 years ago, this technology and business model can now be found all around the world.  

 

Peter and his wife Nicole had a young family in tropical Australia when they officially started working on Battlefield Sports back in 1999. They had a few thousand dollars and an idea -- to take a video game and experience it LIVE. They started running outdoor laser tag games in their local town. Battlefield Sports has since flourished into a multi-million dollar game-inspired brand, Battlefield LIVE, with sales in 40 countries and 5 continents. 

 

Battlefield LIVE is played in a wide variety of venues, from ski fields to rainforest tropics, as part of school adventure education, summer camps, resorts, amusement parks, and in stand-alone locations. Now, this innovative and interactive gaming experience is in Wilmington!
